Proper Landscape Maintenance Pays Dividends
You just made a substantial investment in your landscape: we all want it to stay looking great. As years go by, you expect it to gain value as it matures. As landscaping water becomes more expensive and less available, your “low water-use” landscape looks even better. Proper landscape, hardscape & fixture management/maintenance helps keep it looking it’s best.
We began maintaining upscale landscapes and gardens in the coastal Orange County area in July 2000. Our success and popularity results from the high-quality, consistent work we provide to our clients. Our maintenance gardeners are professional, well-trained , reliable, turning up for every visit unless the weather is particularly disagreeable (a rarity in sunny Southern California). In the unusual event we miss a visit, our Operations Coordinator calls to schedule another appropriate day.
We supply the tools and equipment required for the work. Our gardeners can do most everything needed in the garden except large tree work, which we refer directly to a qualified Arborist. Additional costs may include necessary soil amendments, mulch, fertilizer, tree stakes, trellis’, and rental equipment charges (for heavy equipment such as rototillers, or core aerators).
We pride ourselves on providing quality garden care, and attention to detail, while remaining efficient, hard working and honest. Our operations staff maintains a complete profile of your garden, based on your requests and the gardens observations.
Budgets are a reality, and we are very comfortable discussing the costs and scope of our services. Generally, an initial on-site consultation is necessary, which we can usually schedule at no initial cost.
Gardening rates are dependent on scheduling, location, scope of service and other conditions. Typical local clients on a landscape management contract are billed our basic rate of $71. per one-hour visit (2-man crew, 1 hr. minimum). Our rates include protection many lower-cost competitors lack: liability insurance, citizenship, licenses, bonding, workers compensation insurance, etc. All these things protect you, the client, and we don’t cut corners here in these critical areas.
